 Selected items can be exchanged within 10 days from the date your order shipped.
⚠️ If your order was not collected promptly at the delivery time, we cannot process exchanges, and customers will be responsible for any related costs.

📦 Return Conditions
 To qualify for an exchange under our BBG Returns Policy:

  • All returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox with an outer protective layer; damaged shoeboxes will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping (e.g., Singapore to Hong Kong).

💌 Defective or Incorrect Items
 If the item you received is INCORRECT or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item(s)

  • All relevant references
     Our team will guide you through the return process promptly.
